Colin and Chris have seen all the highs and lows that come from contemporary college life. From the late nights spent binge drinking while also cementing lifelong friendships, to the stress leading up to entering the real world. In the fall of 2019, they decided that what was missing for many young adults was education on a topic rarely taught in the classroom: well-being.

After bouncing ideas back and forth, they agreed. "Let's start a blog and see what happens".

Mindhive is now bringing you the latest on all matters of the mind, whether it's peak performance psychology, self-regulation strategies, or general health and wellness education. Colin and Chris also share stories and insights from their own lives, and the lessons they've learned (and continue to learn) along their journey.
