When Chris and I first started on this journey together, we didn't know where it would take us. We just knew that we wanted to help people become their best selves. Chris came from a pre-med background, and I spent time learning Yoga and Eastern medicine. It seemed fitting that we should merge the two to find the optimal balance for achieving lasting health and fitness outcomes.

Biohacking seems almost an oversimplification of what we do, because the word implies a certain coldness. As if it has a mechanical and unemotional nature about it. But Chris and I see it as a critical starting point. Regardless of who you are or where you come from, I can bet you want to live a long, happy, and healthy life. This all starts within the human biology. If we can learn to take back control of that which we've become so detached from, we have hope for not just better individual h a better world and a higher state of consciousness.

We started as a blog, but have since grown into a full-service educational platform, making biohacking both accessible and enjoyable. And we couldn't be more excited about what has yet to come.
